The Central Government announced on Tuesday that the terms of two judicial and six technical members of the National Company Law Tribunal would be revised.
According to the Notification, their term has been changed to “5 years from the date of joining or until the age of 65 years, whichever comes first.”, The officers stated below were appointed in the year 2019 for a three-year term.
