The Kerala High Court recorded history today after Justice Shoba Annamma Eapen assumed as 7th women judges for the first time in its history. The high court has now 38 judges.
The High Court comprises of the following women judges:
Justices Anu Sivaraman
Sophy Thomas
V Shircy
Shoba Annamma Eapen
MR Anitha
Mary Joseph
CS Sudha.
Kerala also hails Justice Anna Chandy, who was the first female High Court judge in India.
The first female judge of the Supreme Court also ailed from Kerala Justice M. Fathima Beevi.
